Charlieu Visit to Calne, 2007

A party of Twinners from Charlieu visited Calne during the weekend of 31^st August - 04^th September, 2007.

A number of enjoyable outings and gatherings were undertaken over the weekend.

Over the weekend we also had three visitors from Eningen, our twin town in Germany. During their stay, tripartite meetings were held to discuss the future of Twinning amongst the three towns of Charlieu, Eningen and Calne. The possibility of twinning with another town, perhaps from Eastern Europe, was also considered.
